Creative Konsoles ("we," "us," "our") operates 5i and related software tools available at creativekonsoles.com. 5i routes user prompts to third-party AI model APIs — including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and Mistral — and returns synthesized results. Access is provided on a subscription basis.
By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis starting from the date of purchase. You authorize Creative Konsoles to charge your payment method on the same calendar day each month.
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days written notice to the email address on file. Continued use of the service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service or unused syntheses within a billing period.
If a verified technical failure on our end prevents access to the service for more than 48 consecutive hours, contact support@creativekonsoles.com and we will review your case individually. We do not guarantee a refund in all circumstances.
Each subscription plan includes a monthly synthesis limit as described on the pricing page at creativekonsoles.com/#pricing. Unused syntheses do not roll over to the following billing period.
Upon reaching your monthly limit, access to server-side synthesis will pause until your next billing cycle begins or until you purchase a synthesis top-up. Your subscription remains active during this period — only synthesis execution is paused.
The Foundational Synthesis plan includes up to 1,000 syntheses per month.
You agree not to use Creative Konsoles services to:
— Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates the rights of others
— Harass, threaten, or harm any individual
— Attempt to circumvent usage limits, access controls, or rate limiting
— Resell, sublicense, or share account access with unauthorized parties
— Reverse engineer or extract proprietary logic from our systems
— Violate the terms of service of any third-party AI provider whose API we use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, without notice and without refund.
5i routes your prompts to third-party AI APIs operated by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and Mistral. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or behavior of these third-party services.
Downtime, rate limiting, model changes, or policy changes by these providers may affect service quality or availability. Such events do not constitute a breach of these terms and are not grounds for a refund.
When using server-provided keys, your prompts are transmitted to these providers in accordance with their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
We do not permanently store your prompts or AI-generated responses. Prompts are transmitted to third-party AI providers to fulfill your request and are not retained on our servers beyond the duration of the request.
We collect your email address for billing, account management, and support purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details. See Stripe's privacy policy for details on how payment data is handled.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.
Do not rely on 5i outputs for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or emergency decisions. We accept no liability for actions taken based on AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Creative Konsoles' total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where material changes are made, notify you via the email address on file.
Continued use of the service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
