Why it exists

Critics and audiences don't always agree. That's useful information.

A film with 90% on RT and 6.2 on IMDB is telling you something. So is one with 45% from critics and an 8.1 from audiences. Conventional recommendation engines hide that tension. StreamFader puts it in your hands.

If you're in the mood to be challenged, pull left. If you want to watch something you'll actually enjoy, pull right. The scoring gap between left and right is the signal worth paying attention to.

How to use it

Open StreamFader in your browser. The crossfader defaults to a slight audience lean — a reasonable starting point. Browse the card grid, filter by genre, or adjust the fader until the list feels right.
