Creative Konsoles — Biometric Tool

Your body
is the interface.

Equil turns your Apple Watch biometrics into generative sacred geometry and responsive audio. As your nervous system settles, the geometry opens. As you activate, it tightens. There is nothing to read and nothing to do but be here.

Sacred geometry driven by your heartbeat

Equil reads four biometric signals from your Apple Watch — heart rate, HRV (heart rate variability), breath rate, and blood oxygen — and synthesizes them into a single coherence score between 0 and 1. That score drives everything you see and hear.

When coherence is high — slow heart rate, elevated HRV, breath near 6 breaths per minute, oxygen above 97% — the geometry blooms open, rotating slowly in teal and green. When coherence falls, the geometry tightens and warms toward amber and rose. The color and form are not decorative. They are the readout.

  • Heart rate, HRV, breath rate, and SpO2 ingested live via /webhook
  • Coherence score blended from all four signals in real time
  • Geometry opens, expands, and brightens as you settle
  • Ambient audio beds matched to your biometric phase
  • Spoken-word sessions selectable inside the app
  • Works with Apple Watch, WHOOP, Oura, Garmin, and any device that can POST to a webhook

Four states, one continuous signal

Equil reads your nervous system as a continuous signal, not a binary on/off. The four phase names are reference points, not categories.

Settling
Teal and blue. Transitioning toward calm. HRV rising, breath slowing.
Coherent
Green and gold. Open, balanced. High HRV, breath near 6/min.
Active
Amber. Heart rate elevated, energy outward. Not stress — engagement.
Stressed
Rose. Compressed geometry. HRV suppressed, system under load.

One tap, then autonomous

Open Equil and tap the geometry at the center. The heart blooms open and audio unlocks. From that point, the app runs on its own — no controls to operate, no settings to adjust. Just the geometry responding to your body.

Biometric data arrives via Health Auto Export on your iPhone, which forwards live Apple Watch readings to Equil's webhook endpoint. The app normalizes input from any device that can POST JSON — WHOOP, Oura, Garmin, and others are supported.

When no wearable is connected, Equil runs in demo mode: a simulator drifts through lifelike biometrics so the space continues to breathe on its own. Real data takes over automatically the moment your device connects.

For anyone who wants to see their inner state, not just measure it

Equil is built for people who wear a smartwatch and want more from that data than a number on a screen. Meditators who want ambient feedback during practice. Biohackers who track HRV and want to feel the signal, not just log it. Anyone curious about what their nervous system looks like in real time.

The spoken-word layer makes Equil useful during active sessions — twelve voiced expressions play on demand and respond to your phase. The app is free to use. No account required.
